By using Liquidity Conceptives’ websites, software, indicators, education, and related services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Accounts: Keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity in your account.
Payments: We support fiat via stripe (merchant of record) and on-chain SOL via Solana. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Use & Restrictions: No reselling, redistribution, credential sharing, or reverse engineering of proprietary code or invite-only indicators. We may revoke access for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Content & Risk: Educational only; not financial advice. Markets involve risk and losses can exceed principal.
Changes: Features, pricing, and these Terms may change. Continued use signifies acceptance of updates.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction; venue and specific governing law may be stated in our dedicated legal page.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and collect only what’s needed to provide and improve the Services.

Data We Collect: Account info (email, hashed password, TradingView username), payment metadata (from stripe for fiat or on-chain TX metadata for SOL), and usage logs for security and diagnostics.
How We Use It: To operate the Services, authenticate users, manage billing and access, prevent abuse, and improve features.
Sharing: With stripe for fiat billing, trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics), and as required by law. We don’t sell personal data.
Security: Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used; no system is 100% secure.

Refund Policy

Fiat Payments

Subscriptions: Cancel anytime; access continues through the current billing period. We generally do not pro-rate partial months.
First-time purchase window: If you’re unhappy with your first subscription, contact liquidityconceptives@gmail.com within 7 days. We’ll work with you subject to fair-use review.
Lifetime: Refunds within 14 days if unused and not abused. After activation and usage, lifetime is generally non-refundable.
Processing: stripe handles refunds back to the original payment method per their policies.

SOLANA Payments

On-chain transactions are irreversible. Network fees/slippage are not refundable.
Mistyped addresses, wrong networks, or wrong amounts typically cannot be recovered.
In limited cases (e.g., verified duplicate), we may provide account credit or a discretionary refund if feasible. Contact within 72 hours at liquidityconceptives@gmail.com.

If you paid but cannot access indicators, complete onboarding in the original browser/device (for guest-to-account linking) or email us with your receipt/transaction details.
